10tons Ltd. is looking forward to developing new gaming experiences on desktop and mobile platforms. The company’s projects during the year 2010 include two new casual game titles, unique iPhone titles, new iPhone versions of previous games, and iPad optimized versions of games including Azkend and Boom Brigade.

    GAME HIGHLIGHTS:

    Sparkle

    Sparkle
Sparkle became the No. 1 hit game on Real Arcade in 2007 and also hit top 10 lists on several other gaming portals as well. The game features beautifully rendered fantasy environments, smooth playability and a superb soundtrack. The basic gameplay is simple: players shoot orbs at other orbs and create matches of three or more. There are several strategic play options, including which amulet to wear and which path to take, throughout the game. Also, the game is peppered with fun secrets and achievements.

In March 2010, 10tons Ltd. will bring Sparkle to iPhone and iPod touch so that even more players can enjoy the game.

    Azkend
Azkend takes players for a journey in Far Asia. A relic found by an archaeological team turns out to be much more powerful than originally thought. The mission is to reach the Temple of Time and return the Relic to lift the curse.

The goal of the game is to click and drag the mouse to string together items on the board and create chains of three or more items. The player can earn eight powerful talismans throughout the game. The game has some of the most breathtaking vistas ever seen in a casual title.

10tons Ltd. is aiming to deliver a high definition version of Azkend for iPad during the second quarter of 2010. The version features native high resolution graphics and it should be the best version of Azkend to date.

    Boom Brigade
Boom Brigade is a game for fans of tower defense, line drawing, or top down shooters. It's a unique mix of three genres resulting in an original experience featuring touch controls, 3D rendered graphics, awesome sounds and eye candy special effects. The player can control up to three troopers to protect their bunker. There are three chapters, online highscores, and a variety of weapons and power-ups to choose from.

10tons Ltd. is also developing a high definition version of Boom Brigade. It will be released sometime in 2010. The HD version will have native high resolution graphics and it'll be available for iPod, PC and Mac.

    Miriel-series
There are two Miriel-games and casual gamers have enjoyed playing them. The first Miriel-game is Miriel the Magical Merchant and the second one is Miriel's Enchanted Mystery. Miriel is a shy and ordinary girl who becomes more powerful and overcomes huge challenges in each game. Both Miriel-games are time management titles.

Miriel the Magical Merchant was released for iPhone and iPod touch at the end of 2009 by RealNetworks.

    Azkend
Rope Raider is an easy-to-pickup game for gaming sessions that last under a minute. Appstorehq.com called it “one of, if not the most polished, smoothest rope-swinging game in the app store.” 10tons Ltd. goal was to offer online leaderboards and hours of playability for the price of a cup of coffee. The title has received several five-star-ratings in the Apple appstore.
